Jun Kondo (Sax)

Born September 1952, 9. Virgo, blood type O. After going professional in 15, he continued to work mainly in Sapporo, and in 1973, he joined Tatsuya Takahashi & Tokyo Union Orchestra, where he gained attention as a soloist. After the orchestra disbanded in 1984, he became a freelancer and began working as a studio musician. He has participated in many albums and is also an indispensable presence in musicals. He is currently active in Norio Maeda Special Big Band, Takaaki Hayakawa Little Big Band, 1989 BIG BAND, etc.
