Interactive program (Art Trip)An artistic journey through the works of Ryushi Kawabata

We are recruiting participants for an interactive program (Art Trip) targeting elderly people who require care or support and their families (including people with dementia and their families).

Art Trip is an art appreciation program that allows participants to enjoy a different kind of dialogue than everyday life by viewing paintings while being guided by an art conductor through a question-and-answer format, and freely sharing their impressions. (Organized by Arts Alive, a general incorporated association)

By all means, while viewing Ryuko Kawabata's large-scale works,
Why don't you share your thoughts and feelings?

A special lecture by an art conductor will also be held on the same day.

Ms. Yoko Hayashi, the lecturer, will introduce us to welfare projects in art museums and the power of art in welfare.
If you are interested in art trips or the potential of art in welfare, please join us.

Art conductor Yoko Hayashi
Representative Director of Arts Alive, a general incorporated association. She studied art appreciation programs for seniors at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and is working on the development and dissemination of "Art Trip," an interactive art appreciation program for seniors and people with dementia.
