Kumagai Tsuneko Memorial Museum, September 6th! Kana Calligraphy Workshop: "The Soothing Beauty of Kana Calligraphy with Ink Brush" (Ages 5 to Junior High School Students)

Introduction of contents

Why not experience the beautiful kana calligraphy of calligrapher Itsuneko Kumagai using ink and brush?

You write your favorite words in hiragana on a fan, cut and paste various colored Japanese paper to create your own unique piece.

 

Examples of fan-making (for ages 5 to junior high school students)

　Ages 5 to junior high school (children in 3rd grade or younger must be accompanied by a guardian) *Accompanying adults are also welcome to participate.
