Checklist

  • If you participate as a performance supporter, you will be able to enjoy watching the performance on the day.
  • The personal information we receive will be managed in accordance with the "Information Security Policy" of the Ota City Cultural Promotion Association (public interest incorporated foundation). It will not be used for any purpose other than this supporter program.
  • After completing your registration, you will be required to enroll in volunteer insurance. The association will handle all procedures.
  • Travel expenses incurred during work will not be reimbursed.
  • During work, interviews and filming may be conducted for public relations purposes, and staff may take photographs and videos for non-commercial purposes.
  • Please refrain from taking photographs, videos or recording audio during work hours without prior permission from the instructor.
  • If you are unable to participate after registering, please be sure to contact the Cultural and Arts Promotion Division.
  • If you continue to be absent without permission or cause a nuisance to other participants or customers, your registration may be cancelled.
