The "Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Music Workshop" was born from the desire to "make the wonderfulness of music more accessible and enjoyable for as many people as possible!" The Tokyo Bunka Kaikan workshops aim to cultivate a rich inner life by increasing interest in music and art, and by fostering self-expression and communication skills.
