Performance calendar publication application form

Points to note

  • The information you submit will be posted on the performance calendar on our website. Please note that only upcoming events will be displayed for exhibition information.
  • Any content that the Association deems inappropriate will not be published.
  • Please note that we will not check or proofread the contents after submission. Please make sure to fill out the form correctly.
  • Events are posted two months before the event. (Event schedules displayed on the flyer racks of each venue and PDF data posted on the website are created based on the information posted on the performance calendar as of 2:1 a.m. on the 15st and 9th of each month.)
  • Applications will be accepted from 3 months before the event.In addition, please contact us separately regarding performances for which tickets have been entrusted to each facility.
  • Late applications may not be accepted.
  • We will not contact you regarding whether or not your application will be published.
  • Please contact each library to request the distribution and shelving of flyers and leaflets.
