About ticket purchase
About online pre-sale
- The purpose of this is to provide many opportunities to purchase tickets before the general sales start. We do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase good seats with priority.
- Once the planned number of tickets for the online advance sale has been sold out, please use the general sale.
- The online advance sale and general sale have approximately the same seating allocations, and seats including front and aisle seats are available for the general sale as well.
*Sales and exchanges at the counter will begin from the business day following the first day of general sales.

Online reservations can be made via smartphone (electronic ticket), Family Mart, or courier service.
Please use either method to receive your ticket in advance before you come to the venue.
*Phone pick-up (electronic ticket) using a smartphone (other than a smartphone) or tablet cannot be used.

- If you are using a wheelchair, have a physical disability, or are bringing an assistance dog, please let us know when making your reservation. We will do our best to provide you with the most comfortable seat possible.
- Ticket reservations are accepted until the day before the performance date.
However, delivery by courier/cash on delivery (Yamato Transport) is available up to two weeks before the performance date. - We offer a ticket discount service for companies and groups. If you purchase 10 or more tickets for the same performance, you will receive a 10% discount.
