Reservations can be made until 19:00 PM the day before the performance, except on days when Ota Ward Citizens Plaza is closed.
For reserved seats, we will inform you of the seat number on the spot.
If you are using a wheelchair, have a physical disability, or are bringing an assistance dog, please let us know when making your reservation. We will do our best to provide you with the most comfortable seat possible.
Ticket reservations are generally accepted up until the day before the performance date. However, for delivery by courier or cash on delivery (Yamato Transport), reservations can be made up until two weeks before the performance date.
We offer a ticket discount service for companies and groups. If you purchase 10 or more tickets for the same performance, you will receive a 10% discount. For information about eligible performances, please contact the Cultural and Arts Promotion Division (TEL: 03-3750-1555).
