How to receive the ticket

FamilyMart

・ Reservations can be made until 19:00 the day before the performance.
・Operate the "multi-copy machine" installed in the store and receive it at the cash register.
・ First number (company code "30020") And the second number (exchange number (14 digits starting with XNUMX)) are required.
・ A separate fee of 220 yen will be charged for each ticket.

・Please pick it up at either Ota Kumin Hall Aprico or Ota Bunka no Mori within the designated period (one week).
(It will be automatically canceled after the deadline.)
・Reservations for tickets exchanged on the day of the performance will be accepted from one week before the performance date.
Delivery (Cash on Delivery) ・ We accept up to 2 weeks before the performance.
・ We will deliver it by Yamato Transport COD service.
・In addition to the ticket price, a shipping and handling fee of 750 yen will be charged separately for each ticket.
・ If you are absent, there is a redelivery service with a designated date and time.

Precautions

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, changed or refunded.
  • Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burnt, damaged, etc.).
  • As a general rule, the ticket receiving method decided at the time of booking cannot be changed.
