  • Reservations can be made until 19:00 PM the day before the performance, except on days when Ota Ward Citizens Plaza is closed.
  • For reserved seats, we will inform you of the seat number on the spot.
  • If you are using a wheelchair, have a physical disability, or are bringing an assistance dog, please let us know when making your reservation. We will do our best to provide you with the most comfortable seat possible.
  • Ticket reservations are generally accepted up until the day before the performance date. However, for delivery by courier or cash on delivery (Yamato Transport), reservations can be made up until two weeks before the performance date.
  • We offer a ticket discount service for companies and groups. If you purchase 10 or more tickets for the same performance, you will receive a 10% discount. For information about eligible performances, please contact the Cultural and Arts Promotion Division (TEL: 03-3750-1555).

  • Reservations can be made up until 19:00 PM the day before the performance.
  • Please operate the multi-copy machine installed in the store and pick up your order at the register.
  • First number (company code "30020") And the second number (exchange number (14 digits starting with XNUMX)) are required.
  • A separate handling fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket.

  • Reservations can be made from the day after the general release date until the day before the performance.
  • Please collect your ticket at the counter of Ota Civic Plaza, Ota Civic Hall Aprico, or Ota Cultural Forest within the specified period (8 days). (Please note that the venues are closed on certain days. Your ticket will be automatically cancelled if the deadline is exceeded.)
  • Tickets can be exchanged on the day of the performance if you make a reservation one week prior to the performance date.
Delivery (Cash on Delivery)
  • Reservations can be made up to two weeks before the performance date.
  • Delivery will be via Yamato Transport's cash on delivery service.
  • In addition to the ticket price, a separate shipping and handling fee of 750 yen will be charged per item.
  • If you are not at home, we offer a redelivery service with a specified delivery date and time.

Points to note

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, changed or refunded.
  • Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burnt, damaged, etc.).
  • As a general rule, the ticket receiving method decided at the time of booking cannot be changed.
  • Delivery is domestic only.We do not ship overseas.
