How to apply

  What is Uguisu Net?

• Each facility accepts applications by lottery.For vacant facilities after the lottery ends, general applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.In addition, we plan to change the reception method for vacant facilities on the first day.Details will be announced on the "News" page of each museum's website along with information on available facilities.
• The lottery / application method differs depending on the room you use.For details, please see the table on how to use each room.
  (* Muroba is a word that represents each room of a meeting facility, a baseball field, a soccer field, etc. of a park facility.)

Usage fee

• For facility usage fees and incidental facility usage fees, see the facility overview / equipment page of each room.
  In addition, please pay the facility usage fee at the time of application for use and the incidental facility usage fee before using the room.

• If it is used by a youth countermeasure business consignment group, a youth development group, a youth group, or a disabled person group, and the event is for the public interest, the facility usage fee will be reduced or exempted.
• If you are outside the ward, you will be charged a 20% surcharge on the basic facility charge.
  (In the case of selling goods, there is no extra charge for use outside the ward)
• When selling goods for the purpose of profit, 50% of the basic facility charge will be added.

Utilization time

• Please see the price list of each facility for the classification of usage time.
• The usage time includes the time required for preparation and cleaning up.Installation and withdrawal of audio-visual equipment and fixtures performed by the staff of the museum will also be done during the usage time.
• Please be sure to strictly adhere to the end within the usage time.
• If you bring in food, drinks, fresh flowers, or luggage from the outside, please carry in and out within the usage time.

Usage restrictions

In the following cases, the use of the facility cannot be approved.In addition, even if you have already approved it, we may cancel, limit, or suspend the use.

• When there is a risk of harming public order or good manners and customs.
• When there is a risk of a disaster occurring at an event that uses dangerous materials.
• When there is a risk of damaging or losing the facility or ancillary equipment.
• When the right of use is transferred or subleased.
• When it is recognized that it is in the interest of an organization that may commit violence, tort, etc.
• When the purpose of use or conditions of use are violated.
• When the facility becomes unavailable due to a disaster or other circumstances.
• When there is a management problem in the facility, such as when making a loud noise.
  * Power supply cars cannot be used because noise and exhaust gas disturb the neighborhood.

Change and cancellation of usage date

If there is a change in the date and time of use, room of use, etc., you can change the procedure.Please apply for change within the application acceptance period specified for each facility.Please refrain from re-changing or canceling the usage after changing the usage date, etc., as it may cause inconvenience to other users.

* To apply, you need a usage authorization, a receipt, and the applicant's personal seal (a stamper-type seal is also acceptable).
* Applications will only be accepted at the venue where you will be using.

Handling of usage fees due to changes or cancellations

Even if the organizer cancels the use due to his / her own circumstances, the paid usage fee cannot be refunded in principle.However, if the cancellation is requested and approved before the specified usage date, the facility usage fee will be refunded as follows.

* If the changed usage fee exceeds the immediate payment usage fee, you will be required to pay the difference.
* If you cancel after changing the usage date, the refund amount of the facility charge may differ.
*In order to return the usage fee, a usage authorization form, a receipt, and the applicant's personal seal (a stamper-type seal is also acceptable) are required.
