Screening of the movie “My Mother: Poetry of an Angel”

We will be screening the latest contemporary production, ``My Mother -Angel's Poetry-''.

[Synopsis]
Takako Yamakawa, a third-year elementary school student, was embarrassed by her mother, Kiyoko, who was a little different from everyone around her.
One day, Takako is shocked to learn that her parents are mentally disabled.
"I don't want to be that mother's child. I want to be her mother's child."
However, the words of the people around her and the pure love of her parents gradually erase Takako's prejudices.
