Activity record *The second half of the workshop (August 8th to 18th) has been uploaded!

Workshop starts on Tuesday, July 7th! !It started with listening to a concert and feeling it.

July 7th (Wednesday) and 26th (Thursday) While playing with various sounds, the students learned the necessary hints for creating a concert through the story of an opera.

July 7st (Monday), August 31st (Tuesday) We will finally create our own concert.We will listen to the stories with the performers and think about the keywords for the concert and what kind of concert we would like to have.

Thursday, August 8rd and Friday, August 3th We made flyers and posters for our concert!Then, I went out to give information about performances around Aprico!

August 8th (Friday) Workshop for the first time in two weeks.Everyone entered the venue in good spirits.Today we will be exchanging business cards with the stage staff who will be taking care of us on the day of the performance.Then, we divided into four teams: lighting, quiz, host, and dance, and held a strategy meeting in preparation for the performance.Each of us communicated what we had thought, thought about it, and gradually put it into shape.

Saturday, August 8th: Finally, the day before the concert.After practicing greetings during the opening and guiding customers, we did a run-through (simulating the flow of an actual concert).Everyone's expressions became more and more serious!

Sunday, August 8th The actual day is finally here! !The children have been feeling nervous since this morning.There are children who practice their lines over and over again while staring at the script, children who worry about their costumes until the last minute, wondering, "Is this really the right one?" and children who are anxious, wondering, "Will the people I've invited come?" too.
In the meantime, it was time for the doors to open!Customers such as mothers, fathers, friends, and people from the shopping district came to the venue one after another.For customers with small babies, children in attendance will carefully guide them to mat seats in front of the stage.When the concert was about to begin, there were many customers sitting on the many chairs lined up.
And finally, the performance begins.The MC team's careful introduction to the songs and the quiz team's participatory quizzes created a peaceful atmosphere at the venue.The stage was decorated with slides and lighting created by the lighting team, and the second half was full of excitement with original dance performances!The concert, which was full of originality that only children could create, was a great success, incorporating many ideas from the planners!There was warm applause from the audience.

<Extra edition>
After the performance, toast with juice to the great success of the concert!With faces filled with a sense of accomplishment, the planners shared their impressions, saying, ``I was nervous, but it was fun!''Along with awarding the certificates, Professor Kazumi Minoguchi of Tokyo University of the Arts, who supervised this workshop, gave words to each student about what they had worked particularly hard on during the 10 days. I did.
At the end, we took a group photo with all the staff!Everyone did their best!
