From the end of the Taisho era to the beginning of the Showa era, many writers and artists lived in Magome Writers' Village, and women writers who were active at the time also lived there.This year, we focused on two female writers and produced two video theater works.

Theater Company Yamanote Jijosha "Chiyo and Seiji" (Original: Chiyo Uno)

Writer Chiyo Uno and painter Seiji Togo start living together the day they meet.In fact, each of the seemingly scandalous encounters had hidden circumstances.However, their relationship matures over time.

Japanese Radio "Hanamonogatari Gokko" (Original: Nobuko Yoshiya)

Nobuko Yoshiya, who was active from the Taisho era to the postwar period, can be said to be the leading author of girls' novels.Her debut work, Hana Monogatari, is still read today, and many people are touched by its innocence.She has a slightly mysterious atmosphere, and I want everyone who sees her to look back on their girlhood.
