We enjoyed a collaborative exhibition with contemporary artist Juri Hamada, which was created in collaboration with Ryutaro Takahashi, one of Japan's leading collectors. As you walk along the route from the entrance, you will be captivated by Ryuko's works, which play gentle melodies like orchestral music with a delicate touch. When you turn the road and see Mr. Hamada's work, you can almost hear the rhythm of percussion instruments with a powerful touch.I feel an admiration for the energy of nature in Hamada's work, and a celebration of life in Ryuko's work.I could feel the timeless works of both artists resonating with each other in the silence of the museum. After this, from December 12th, there will be a collaborative exhibition with another contemporary artist, Rena Taniho (from December 9th).I would definitely like to take a look at this as well.

I visited Gallery Fuerte "The World of Mini Tutu" (10/25-11/5).
Writer Riko Matsukawa has loved ballet costumes (tutus) since she was a child. When she grew up and learned ballet, she realized that she wanted to preserve the costumes for performances in physical form rather than in photographs. Her love of sewing also encouraged her, and she began making miniature tutus (mini tutus) using the book ``Making Ballet Costumes'' as a reference. The way they are made to be exactly like the real thing, down to the last detail, creates a gorgeousness that makes it difficult to believe that it is a miniature. They all look like ballerinas waiting for their turn.
Gallery Ferte has been open for a year with the aim of becoming a ``town art shop'' where people can casually experience art. This is the third time that ``OTA Selection'', which introduces the works of artists living in the ward, has been held. You can also enjoy works of various genres on permanent display.

A special exhibition commemorating the 200th anniversary of Katsu's birth is being held at the Kaishu Katsu Memorial Museum in Senzokuike with the theme of ``Walking with my family in the Meiji era: An invitation to Kaishu Bookstore.''Kaishu Katsu is often depicted in novels and dramas from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji Restoration. In this exhibition, you can learn about the efforts he made for the Meiji government and the people of the city.
When I saw the loving calligraphy letters he wrote to his family, the handwriting was surprisingly gentle, and I felt a sense of kinship as I got a glimpse of his normal side as a parent and husband. The portrait painted before Kaishu's lifetime has been restored and is profound and vivid. You can come face-to-face with Kaishu Katsu in his later years, which was different from his samurai appearance. And it will take you back to the Meiji era, where you lived with your family.
Honey bee name: Hotori Nogawa (Joined the honey bee corps in 2022)
The exhibition I visited this time focused on ``family relationships during the Meiji period,'' and what was most impressive were the many letters.Kaishu Katsu of the Meiji period left his family in Shizuoka and often went on business trips to Tokyo, and he often exchanged letters with his family when he was away, but it was interesting that he ended his letters with ``Awa.'' is. Although it was ``Awanokami,'' writing this to his family made me feel much closer to the historical figure.
There was also a blueprint of the Akasaka Hikawa residence, which was restored using crowdfunding, and a video introduction of the inside of the residence, which gave a sense of the way people lived there.
What was interesting was that when the portrait was restored, the signature became readable and the name of the artist who painted it was revealed.Research is important because the mysteries of Meiji paintings can be solved in the Reiwa era.
*Ota City Katsu Kaishu Memorial Museum is currently holding a special exhibition commemorating the 200th anniversary of Katsu Kaishu's birth. The next exhibition will be a special exhibition commemorating the 200th anniversary of Kaishu Katsu's birth, ``Epilogue Finale: To Senzoku Pond, the Place of Rest'' (December 2023, 12 (Friday) - March 1, 2024 (Sunday)).

The moment I stepped foot inside, I gasped, ``Everything was perfect!''A retro and cute building that is over 50 years old, a gallery that has been simply and beautifully renovated to take advantage of its atmosphere, and Miyuki Kaneko's ceramic works that seem to coexist with coldness and warmth. Each complemented the other, creating a quiet space that made you want to stay there forever.
The owner, who is also a stained glass artist, has an unwavering sense of worldliness that makes it hard to believe that this is a gallery that opened just three months after accidentally spotting a sign saying ``Vacant''.Whether you like art or architecture, it's worth a visit at least once.

We visited Gallery MIRAI blanc "-Rêverie-Naoko Tanogami and Yoko Matsuoka Dual Exhibition". ``Rêverie means ``fantasy'' in French. I want people to see my work that embodies the world of imagination that exists inside everyone,'' says owner Mizukoshi. Mr. Tanoue's paintings are reminiscent of old European picture books, and Mr. Matsuoka's iron objects have charming mechanisms. As I looked at their works, I felt that my inner world was enriched by the artist's imagination. Mr. Mizukoshi wants to remove the barrier of galleries and revitalize the area around Omori Station with art. It was a gallery that made me curious about future trends.
